Monsanto Company’s genetically engineered canola germinating by the roadside in Williams after the cleanup. Who is responsible?

does anyone have any other photos of the cleanup of the GM canola spill site in williams? this is the only one i can find, and rumour has it emergency services treated it as a hazmat situation – i’d love to see them if you took any pix or saw any around.
