It’s ADHD awareness month! I thought ADHD was something about hyperactive boys who sounded perfectly “normal” like me, when I first heard of it in my 20s, and I wasn’t convinced it was real and didn’t think about it again. I finally educated myself (after really struggling with lots of things for a few decades)…
