Escape from Jangsaengpo! After all the madness and pollution of this place, it made us incredibly happy to escape for a day to the mountains for some rockclimbing with a bunch of very groovy local teachers from Canada, America and some other countries who have adopted us as their friends.

Today we named our inflatable whale ‘Bruce’ in rememberance of the legendary activist in the Styx Valley who spent more time up in the Global Rescue Station than even Sakyo Noda

Some new members of KFEM visited us this morning for a tour and to ask us lots of questions about the campaign and what not. They said they feel sorry for us having to live here. At times we certainly agree. Steph and Je Jong did a terriffic job of keeping them entertained.

Needless to say, some of us were feeling a bit seedy this morning. Appearances can be deceiving.

Ben managed to demonstrate some pretty funky tricks after a few vodkas.
