“A postage stamp will be released to commemorate the 57th International Whaling Commission in Ulsan.
A total of 1.6 million stamps will be distributed to post offices across the nation, starting from May 27, 2005, the opening day of the IWC meeting.
A commemorative stamp has been planned by Ulsan city government and designed by Korea Post, under the supervision of the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute.”
