This month marks 20 years since I started working with Greenpeace. The dizzying highs and mind-bending lows and amazing people I worked with over the years are all burned into my memory and heart forever. While it’s a shame Greenpeace Australia-Pacific seemed to have lost their way, their budget, most of their good people, and apparently my phone number since the last high-profile action I coordinated, it saddens me that still to this day in Australia we have bipartisan support for the for-profit mass extinction underway. Love and respect to everyone still fighting the good fight in whatever way you do, and to the new generation of activists spawning and bolstering the movements that have a much harder job ahead.
